Plant Bio

Philodendron Golden Crocodile

Though it goes by a lot of names (you might see it also sold as Philodendron Golden Serratum, Philodendron Golden Ring of Fire, or Philodendron Golden Jungle Boogie). No matter what you call it, this easy-care houseplant is one of the most stunning varieties you can enjoy in your home or office.

Philodendron Golden Crocodile grows best in medium to bright light. It will do best if placed within 3 to 4 feet of a large, unobstructed east- or west-facing window. You can supplement – or grow it entirely – under plant lights if you don’t have adequate window space. Water as the top half or so of the potting mix dries to the touch. Provide average household temperatures and average to above-average relative humidity levels.

Note: This plant may have some natural degree of toxicity and may cause discomfort or illness if ingested. Additionally, exposure to the sap of this plant may cause discomfort to individuals with a sensitivity to it upon contact. Grown for ornamental purposes and not intended for human or animal consumption.
