Hurricane Fern

You’ll love the texture of this new bird’s nest fern selection! As it grows, its fronds develop an elegant twist, giving the plant the look it’s always in motion. It is grown and shipped fresh from our Florida farm to your home.

    • Can grow about 12 inches tall and 14 inches wide in time.

Light Level: Indirect Sunlight

This plant needs to live in a room with at least some natural light. Place it on a table or countertop with windows nearby.

Water Level: Very Thirsty

This plant is a very thirsty one, check on it 2-3 times per week and add water every time the top of the soil feels dry to the touch.

Asplenium ‘Hurricane’

A new and distinct selection of bird’s nest fern, our Plant Hunter loved this plant’s texture and the curl each frond develops as it grows. The thick foliage holds up better indoors than most other houseplant ferns, making it an excellent indoor plant for homes and offices. It makes for a delightful tabletop plant and was added to the Trending Tropicals® collection in 2022.
