Our team inspects and approves all of our plants before packaging them and shipping them fresh from our farm to your home. However, when dealing with live plants, sometimes problems occur, whether it be due to shipping delays, extreme temperatures, or rough rides. When problems do occur, we’ll be there to support you every step of the way. If you have a problem with your order, fill out our support ticket form and our team will work on addressing the issue and getting you a replacement item.
