Featuring bold, deep green, textured leaves on vining stems, the Green Galaxy Monstera is shipped fresh from our farm to your door.

  • Features bold, textured foliage with deep green veins.
  • Works great on elevated surfaces so vines can trail as they grow.
  • Can grow vines that trail 6 feet or more.

Light Level: Indirect Sunlight

This plant needs to live in a room with at least some natural light. Place it on a table or countertop with windows nearby.

Water Level: Thirsty

This plant can only go 1-2 weeks without water so check on it weekly and add water every time the top two inches of soil dry out.

Quick Tips

This variety of Monstera appreciates a shower from time to time to help wash away dust that may accumulate in its textural leaves.

Plant Bio

Monstera sp. Peru

Also known as Monstera karstenianum, this South American Monstera species (member of the same family as scindapsus, pothos, and philodendron) shows off fantastically textured foliage. A tropical vine, it appreciates bright, indirect light and can climb vertically, grow horizontally, or trail dramatically from a basket. Unlike other Monstera species, its leaves do not develop fenestrations (dramatic cuts and holes) as it matures. Our Plant Hunter selected it for the dramatic impact of its leaves and its easy-care needs (you can treat it like a pothos or heartleaf philodendron).
