Lemon Meringue is the newest variety of variegated pothos! This stunning variety bears dark green leaves accented with bright golden-yellow edges. While this rare plant has a new look, it’s just as easy to care for as other pothos varieties like Baltic Blue and Global Green. This variegated houseplant is shipped fresh from Costa Farms, direct to your door.

Light Level: Indirect Sunlight

This plant needs to live in a room with at least some natural light. Place it on a table or countertop with windows nearby.

Water Level: Thirsty

This plant can only go 1-2 weeks without water so check on it weekly and add water every time the top two inches of soil dry out.

Quick Tips

Like many variegated Pothos varieties, the variegation may fade if grown in low light conditions.

Plant Bio

Epipremnum aureum Lemon Meringue

Discovered here at Costa Farms by our own Plant Hunter Mike Rimland, Lemon Meringue (USPP34,521, propagation prohibited) is a distinct variety of Pothos that has stunning gold-variegated leaves. You may also see occasional streaks or splotches of cream. It differs from the variety Emerald in that it has much brighter variegation. While Lemon Meringue Pothos will tolerate low light, variegation may fade, especially on older leaves. It looks best when grown in a bright spot.

Note: This plant may have some natural degree of toxicity and may cause discomfort or illness if ingested. Additionally, exposure to the sap of this plant may cause discomfort to individuals with a sensitivity to it upon contact. Grown for ornamental purposes and not intended for human or animal consumption.
