Philodendron Painted Lady

We’ve not been able to nail down the origins of this Philodendron hybrid, but no matter where it originally came from, it’s a spectacular climbing houseplant with beautifully variegated foliage. As is the case with a lot of Philodendrons, Painted Lady grows best within 3 to 4 feet of an east- or west-facing window (or the equivalent of, doing equally well under natural and artificial light). It prefers average household temperatures and average to above-average relative humidity levels (40 percent or more is ideal). Water as the top couple of inches so of the potting mix dries to the touch. Avoid letting it dry out.
